Hello Guys,

I want to apply for TRV for my father , his sister in law and I ( son) wrote a invitation and she provide her 2013's tax with it . His reason to visit is to visit son , sister in law (after wedding) and father in law . Now since My mother has multiple visa and she will come to Canada in July , is chances for issuing visa over 50%?

2.What additional documents should he provide to boost his chance up?( he has 20K bank statement. Although he has more , we don't want to risk)

3. Should I check No for "Will Accompany you to Canada?" Because If he get visa , he will come to canada after my mom .

I would appreciated if you help me to boost his chance up!

Thanks in advance.

No one can say.

Depends on what you have. Use your mother's previous experience to have a more accurate idea on what to submit.

If they come together at the same time then click yes, otherwise no.

"Are you accompanying a family member that has status in Canada, or has recently been approved to come to Canada? " this question is little bite tricky . While my mom will be in Canada next month - July- and my father will join in August . I should still mark No ?!

In Funds available for my stay , if he write 7000 , should he prove that he has 14000 to 20000 in his bank statement?

Tricky? On the contrary, quite straight forward.

NO

Hello guys again! :D

I have 2 more questions:

1. If invitor who write invitation letter are getting money from Income assistant (welfare) , Does this have negative influence on application ?while other invitor has low income (like 18000)?

2.Should we show 2014 tax? 2013 is not acceptable?

Might.

CIC wants to see that the applicant has a good financial situation. So what the sponsor can or cannot prove is secondary to the main applicant situation.

If the applicant has a strong financial situation what the sponsor do or do not has little to no impact. While if the applicant has a weak financial situation and the sponsor has a strong one then that might indicate a likelihood to immigrate illegally.

Income tax is irrelevant.

Thanks.

So for application in invitation section , only invitation letter works fine?!

My father has exploitation letter and insurance slip that has 3 workers and bank statement , these documents are enough to show strong financial situation?
