Hello,

What is the reason for going to Turkey to apply for your permit? Are you in Canada right now? When does your university studies start? What are the conditions of your current visa? Have you ever applied for study permit in canada before? Do you have enough money to support yourself in Canada while being a student? What is your intention after your studies finish?

Need to have a clearer picture in order to properly assess your situation.

Hello again,

Yes, you can apply from within Turkey. You will need to send in your application as soon as possible. You will also have to gather all of the correct documents so there will be no reasons for your application to be denied. Most importantly, you need to have an acceptance letter from the university indicating your chosen program and duration. You will need proof of financial status indicating you will be able to support yourself financially while studying. This means the tuition should be paid in full, and you should have access to an additional 10K Can. in the bank or in a joint account that you can prove. Also, you need a medical assessment. If you have gone online to the CIC website there is a checklist to follow. You can get that going right away.
