Applying Supervisa/Visit visa before PR application?

Hi All,

I am planning to apply for Supervisa for my parents. But, since the parents PR applications are opening in Jan, 2016 I am thinking of applying the PR too. Will it affect the chances of getting Supervisa? Should I do only Supervisa first and then apply for PR later? What do you suggest?
