Applying Supervisa. Father is retired, has not filed Indian Income Tax return(ITR) for the last 10 years. Are ITRs mandatory?

I am trying to apply supervisa for my parents. My father is retired since the last 10 years and has not filed Indian Income tax return for these years. Is ITR a mandatory document to show for submitting Supervisa application? My parents have two houses in their name and have got fixed deposits to show under their financial position.

I applied for my father in same situation you don’t need to show income tax return just show the fixed deposits if they are of good amount you don’t even need to show property documents . All the best
