applying study permit again after ony year exclusion order

hi there

I got exclusion order of one year because of working without work permit

This is two years ago when i was returning from my home country and was on valid study permit cbsa officer examine me at port of entry and find text and contacts related to work . I admire against her that i did work , even i was aware that working is illegal here.

but I was fully unaware that if i helped my brother for some works ( Permanent Resident since 2009 ) would have to leave canada .

Now i got admission in a well recognised university in Master of engineering and going to pay full Course fee ( Might be helpful to convince visa officer that i donot have to work coz have paid full fee )

My question is what are chances that i will get visa again

Do i have to apply authorization to return to canada because it is written on cic that if u have confirmation of departure order and ccompiled woth exclusion order you do not need an ARC


Please help me out i m very much confused and depressed

Assuming you have a verified departure record then as i read it i agree you should not need an ARC.

However you will still need to persuade CIC that you will not break the law again in order to get a new study permit whether you succeed or not who knows but personal view does not look good.

I agree that I did a blunder mistake which I got punished too .
I was full time student throughout my stay in canada. Moreover Now i have paid all of my expenses means i m on fully funded course and have no needd to work and i m more mature and responsible citizen . I have compiled with the order so after two years I should be rewarded in a positive way .

The thing of repeating the mistake, i learned a lesson in a hard way

But I dont know what things I have to mention in My cover letter which would be attached with my application .

How can I satisfy visa officer that I wont repeat that mistake again ??

Also Cbsa invested on me , when do I have to pay $1500 because on cic it is written that if cic has invested oon you and when yo re-apply you have to pay $1500
