Applying student visa outside home country

Hi, I am currently living in the US (did my bachelor's in the US) and I am an Indonesian citizen.

I got accepted to a university in British Columbia and I am wondering if I can apply the student visa in the US instead of my home country?

if it is possible, are there pros and cons in applying the visa inside vs outside your home country?

Hi probably you can do either to do it back home or while you are resid in other county.But if I were you I chose the first one because it shows your intention to come back to back home.
