Hi everyone Im an indian citizen residing in qatar. Im planning for jan 2021 intake. Due to current situation is it possible to apply visa from India via online or i need to travel to india for visa filing.

You can apply online in Qatar but it is better if you do so in India, because they want to see you have good ties to your home country and you will return there after studying. Applying from Qatar can be seen as a sign you do not have enough ties to India and are a higher risk for overstaying your visa in Canada.
Im ready to travel india,but due to current scenario it is difficult to do a travel to my home country

when I called Gulf laboratory in Qatar they asked me to come with that request form.
