Hello,

I came to Canada first week of September and then I started my language school. Before I came to Canada, I have paid 6 months of language school and then Canadian Immigration Service gave me a 6 months student permit because of studying language school. I have been approved from College for January intake so I dropped out my language Course.I think that I am not able to work until my student permit finished. I want to ask some questions.

1) Should I do apply student permit again or extension of student permit ?
2) If I show my accepting of college document , are they going to give me SIN Number ?
3) How can I find a cash paid jobs in Toronto ?

Thanks for Replying.
Best Regards.

1) Apply for an extension.
2) No - you need an approved study permit that allows you to work.
3) Don't work until you have started classes in January if you want a future in Canada. What you're suggesting is illegal, a violation of your study permit and will make you deportable from Canada.

Hello,

My valid student permit is gonna expire end of March and also my student visa is gonna expire end of May. I want to ask some questions.

1) Is Canadian Immigration Service gonna send me new student permit with starting January or starting April , If they approved my applying of extension student permit ?

2) Is my student visa gonna extend automatically , when I apply to extension of student permit ?

Thanks for Replying,
Best Regards,

1. Depend when you send your application. You can apply maximum 3 months in advance.
2. No, you will have to apply for visa (TRV) separately. You can't apply for both together.
