Really need help from warm-hearted person:
I am a pipeline engineer in China and I came to Canada this April as a international student(have study permit & Visa), but I am still waiting for school. My wife has 3 year open work permit after school in Canada and she is working as a religious worker now. (for more than 1 month, rank B of NOC) .So can I apply an open work permit as a spouse under her？ Additional questions:
(1) Is that legal for owning study permit and work permit?
(2) Am I right to use form "Schedule 1 – Application for Temporary Resident Visa [IMM 5257]" and
"Application to Change Conditions, Extend my Stay or Remain in Canada as a Worker [IMM 5710] "?
(3) What is the emphasis when I am writing explanation letter?
(4) Is there any other requirement besides employment letter and payslip of my wife? do I have to submit marital proof and bank deposit,etc?
(5) Do I have to upload supporting documents all at once?
(6) How long it will take?
