About me: Graduated on Dec 2023.I received my PGWP on 22nd Jan 2024, valid for 3 years. Currently working Full time under NOC 1 tier.
Intention :I'm planning to get married by June 2024 and apply for a Spousal Open Work Permit(S.O.W.P) immediately.
Doubt: Am i affected by the new IRCC Jan 2024 rule on limitations on S.O.W.P rule(Which says SOWP will not be provided)? I mean, I'm not a student anymore and I'm on work permit with a job offer.
Because this decision will bring vast changes in my life, which is very scary. Please provide your valuable inputs.
