Applying PGWP

Hello,

My name is Osama bin Zia and I've recently graduated in Chemical Engineering on 22 January, 2020. I am currently out of Canada and my temporary resident visa and study permit both are valid till August 2020. I have left Canada on 28 January and I had my return on 7th April but due to border restrictions I couldn't able to enter in Canada. As, I need to apply PGWP and I have some serious concerns about it:

I have read on the CIC website that if you complete your studies before the expiry of study permit, the study permit will expire after 90 days the day you complete your studies. So, In this case, how can I re enter Canada because of the border restrictions i.e. 90 days will be passed and the study permit would expire in this case. Am I allowed to enter Canada with the exception of the expired study permit ?

Secondly, I have 180 days to apply for PGWP, and if I apply from online from my home (Pakistan), what would happen to my current study permit and Temporary Resident Visa? My status would be changed to "Applied" and I won't be able to enter Canada as the Visa will become invalid and you need to re apply for the Worker Visa and also, the study permit will become invalid as you've already applied for PGWP.

What would be the most secure, appropriate and suitable way to enter Canada and to get the PGWP comfortably.

I am very much worried about it, I would really appreciate your response.

Apply online where you are, the chances of you reentering Canada are unknown at this point, the ban could last months. Applying for PGWP does not make your study permit invalid, see here about what will happen if you try to re-enter once the ban is lifted https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1309&top=15
Remember you always need a valid TRV in you passport to board a plane to Canada, so if your TRV expires you will need to wait for PGWP to be granted then apply for new TRV.

In my case, if I didn't apply online, and I somehow Land Canada, the study permit will be expired and I am in doubt whether I would able to re enter Canada or not? Will they still allow me to enter? Once I come inside in Canada, I can go to border for PGWP. That's what I have planned so far.
What is your suggestion?

Not sure why you are delaying applying for PGWP. Get the process started online.

Study permits are invalid 90 days after receiving written confirmation of program completion. If you come to Canada after the 90 days but before your PGWP is approved, you will enter as a visitor.

Apply for the PGWP now from your country. You need to give your current address.

I dont want to put my current (Pakistan) address in the PGWP application because I will fly to Canada when the ban will lifted and as soon as the ban will lift, I will fly and my home will be closed and there will be no one in the home. That's why I want to put Canada address

It's going to take 3-4 months regardless. You aren't in Canada; you need to put your actual current address.

As I said, you need to put your actual address. If you were only in Pakistan for a few weeks, putting Canada would be fine. But you are there for a lot longer.

Did you apply from pakistan then? or were you able to travel back and get TRV at POE?
