Applying permanent resident while working inside of Saskatchewan NOC 6641

Hi, I just want to ask anyone who experienced to apply permanent resident after receiving Sinp. I already passed my application in CIC lastweek including my SINP docs. Any idea how many weeks or months for the medical or next step ? im from saskatoon, what kind of medical test im going through in the hospital. thanks
