Yes she is in Canada for morethan 1300 days sofar in last 4 years. And she met residency critaria. I applied right away in Oct 17 as per new rules and for her we applied in Feb 18. As got something urgent now have to move temporaryly. But not sure when will we return.
Is we apply and go out for indefinete period does it affect processing if we meet all requirement. I am not a crown servent but even dont have job right now so going overseas for sometime till economy start doing better.

Has your wife been physically present in Canada for 1095 days over the last 5 years?

Or are you a crown servant working outside of Canada? Only then would her time spent outside of Canada accompanying you count toward her residence for citizenship. From IRCC website:
....lived outside Canada with your Canadian spouse or common-law partner or permanent resident spouse, common-law partner, or parent who was employed in or with the:
  • Canadian Armed Forces
  • federal public administration
  • public service of a province or territory

It shouldn't effect the processing as long as you make sure you receive all correspondence and make it back for the test and oath.
