As per advice from a immigration Lawyer I have decided to apply "Outside of Canada". But question though is what will my country of residence and residential address be on the Generic application? New Zealand or Canada?
 
Where do you currently live?

The answer to that question is the answer you will put on the form.

I am a British citizen currently in Canada as a visitor. So I put Canada as country of residence and visitor as the status.

Remember, applying inland or outland dictates where your file will be processed. It is perfectly acceptable to be in Canada and apply "outland".

Thankyou I did receive that answer, just new to this forum. Next question, I have a statutory Declaration that was signed by a notary a little over a month ago for a restoration of a holiday visa, can I use a copy for my PR? Or should I take in another form for him to sign and send that new original
