Applying outland being in Canada

Hi Everybody I finally decided to apply Outland via Mexico, my concern is Do I have to be in Mexico? I have a work permit which expires in June 2011 my address will be in Canada, and I was planning in remaining in Canada. Does it affect my application???

Nope you can still apply outland and stay here.If required for an interview that will be the only time you will have to go back.Other than that your fine.
