Hey I have a question about travelling while waiting for pr outland.
Can I apply from Canada and fly to Poland while waiting for my pernament residence (outland)?
I've heard Polish one is the fastest one as well.
I'm so confiused since I've heard me and my daughter might not be let back in the Canada if we leave while waiting.

I've called info link before and 2 people told me I could travel with no worries about coming back in but now I got news that it doesn't mean nothing and there's always a risk.

I'm still in progress of finding out which way to apply (inland or outland).
Thanks in advice for all the answers

Do you have the Polish passports that are visa-exempt to Canada? If so, then it shouldn't be a problem to leave/return to Canada during outland process. Each time you re-enter Canada, it would still be as a visitor only. Many people have done this, and shown they have outland application in progress for PR. It's also good to have a return airline ticket dated for less than 6 months later.

Yes! I do have a passport that is visa-exempt (from 2008)
I would love to go just for 4-6 weeks.
Do you think it's better in my case to apply outland?
I've applied before inland and got refused (lack of polish criminal check record and I haven't recived any letter saying that it was missing).
We've been married in 2011, I haven't left Canada since. We have a daughter together (she's 2). All I really want now is to see my family in Poland but not have any problems with re-entry Canada. Thanks for the response!

if you're visa-exempt, it's almost always better to apply outland, it's faster for most VOs, and it allows you to come and go back. The only reason to apply inland would be if you had a work permit that was extendable, so you could keep on working. Other than that, outland is probably the way to go. BUt of course - the decision is yours, and I don't know your case, so it's difficult to give a more precise answer.
As Rob_To has said - most visa-exempts applicants are let in the country without issues, as long as you come prepared (and are careful about saying that you're visiting Canada, not moving, not living there).
Good luck,
