Hello,
I’m a 21 years old mexican student. And I’d like help with my TRV application. I plan to visit Canada for a week for the winter holidays, I’ve read about the requirements and processing times. But I’m not sure if I have evidence to prove my ties to my country in my application.
I have a proof of enrollment of the university where I currently study which states the duration of my winter break, and proves as well that I’m a full time student in a local university.
And also, I have an expired US visa. Could it help in any way?
I’d like to know if that is enough evidence, or if should I submit more evidence, or what other documents could I provide.
Extra notes: Currently I'm unemployed, as I am a full time college student and I plan to continue my studies when I get back.
I have no travel records, this is my first time first time visiting Canada.
I have a friend who’s currently living on Canada with a temporary work visa, and he is able to support my stay. He can provide food and a place for me to stay. I wanted to know if he can write a letter of invitation even if he is not a PR.
Thank you for any help.
