Applying on 12th May for FWSP 2014, late?

Hi,

I am getting my documents ready, ECA, IELTS already done for FWSP - 2014.

I would be able to send documents on 12th May for 2173 NOC.

Is this too late or I have some hope? What do you feel?

Hi,

Even I am planning apply for FSWP 2014, I am taking my IELTS on 17th May. I need to apply for ECA, where do you suggest me to get it assessed at? and how long would it take? Could you also tell me what are the documents my post-secondary college has to send for ECA?

Since I have my exam 2 weeks away, I would like to process or collect other essentials documents in this meanwhile. So, could you please post me on what are the essential documents.

And also is it mandatory that I have to get my IELTS test score before filling up the application or can I send it later?

When would be the last day for submission of all the documents and the application?
