I dont know exactly this agency but they have their website , and I heard that a lot of people they just went through on this. For my side, I will not pay unless I got an offer and make sure that their agency is accredited by the Canadian Govt.

If you know people who have gone through this agency, they are probably ok. The risk of using an agency is that you don't know if the job offers are real until you have already paid them and sometimes not until you arrive in Canada and find no job.
