Hi
I'm working as a teacher for the past 14 years, I am 42 years old with 2 sons 16 and 11 and my husband whose 45 years ,are there any chances of getting invitation via PNP.
As I'm going to hire a consultant as per him I can easily get into PNP in the province of Saskatchwen, Prince Edward and New Brunswick.
He is giving me full assurance but I'm doubtful can anyone guide me as I'm really in need of good guidance.
Thank you

Your consultant is lying. What is your NOC? PEI and NB require a job offer. If an elementary or high school teacher then the NOC is not eligible. You need to be licensed to teach in the province. What is your education/ECA and IELTs score. Research Express Entry and each provincial PNP program. Your age is a factor because you lose points and may not be eligible at all depending on your ECA and IELTS scores.

Thank you so much for replying.

My IELTs score is 7.5
I'm teaching middle school
My education is Bachelors I did my ECA from ICAS and it awards me full bachelor degree points.
Is there anyway of getting into Canada either thru study for my Masters in Education.
So I should not go ahead with the consultant, right.

Research Express Entry, and see if you have 67 points to even be eligible. You can do that without a consultant. As for education, you can look at Masters programs. You need to show career advancement in home country and funds for your education. Master in Education are for those wanting to be VPs, Principals or Superintendents of school boards. Taking a Masters doesn’t give you a license so you still need to apply and be approved. Taking a Masters doesn’t guarantee PR either. You still need enough points and need to be invited.

Enter Canada? As a visitor then apply for TRV. If you want to immigrate, research Express Entry. Having a sister gives you extra points for EE.

There's most likely no path through your sister unless she is single, has no children, both of your parents are deceased and you have no other family members in Canada. You will need to qualify on your own. Your age and occupation will also work against you. If you really want to make this a priority then coming to Canada as an International Student to study at the master's level may be the most realistic option. However keep in mind that you will have to pay international student fees and that coming to Canada as an international student will not guarantee PR.
