Did you get an email about the full approval or you just saw it in the cic portal ?

IRCC sent 2 email notifications. 1 for BVL and the other for OPR. My wife’s DLI had its covid-19 readiness plan approved on Oct 5.

Hey guys actually I am indian studying in singapore 3 years degree I applied for canada student visa from here. I have completed my degree ielts everything from here. In my profile there is no weak point so do you think I will get visa from here

it looks like the ones whos' DLI in the list of approved COVID-19 readiness plan are getting full approvals

Also I saw someone had mentioned it was mentioned in a webinar

thats strange.. how does it matter even if the permit is approved cannot travel till DLI is approved.

May be they want to prioritize the student's who can travel. It'd be a waste if some one is in an approved covid rediness DLI and don't have approved visa
