Applying from Pakistan --- Info Required

I am preparing my documents and will be applying for immigration in Federal Skilled Worker category and NOC No.0213.

Can anyone tell me:
1. Which CIO should I send my initial documents to? (London or Nova Scotia)

2. Which documents are to be sent initially (forms and other supporting/required documents)?

3. Any other pertaining info would also be appreciated.
