Dear Hamid,
Actually It doesn't work like that. If you apply from home country its better but if you have a reason to do from those country you can do so. Such as if you are in the middle of completing your course or working in that country,you can apply from there. Lots of people got visa in this kind of situation. :)

Hi Bdtiger,

Yes, I've applied online on the 25th of April, and to be honest, the staff is very helpful and promptly replied to a number of case specific inquires I made last week. Foolish enough of me, I didn't attach my acceptance letter ;D So I wrote to them and they kindly enough sent me a request for letter for my application. Unlike what KEM is saying. Today I also sent an inquire to add a new scholarship information I got after applying, they replied within one hour and wrote the following message.

"In reply, Your file is awaiting final review by a visa officer.

We will contact you if we require any additional information, otherwise you should receive a decision informing you of the the outcome of your application by email or signed for post (as applicable) as soon as this review is complete.

We hope this is of assistance to you."

I don't' know what does this mean, any clues?

Well I quite not sure what is a profile, I'm kinda new to this forum.
