Applying from inside Canada?

Hi,

I'm in Canada on a work visa that expired recently. Before it expired, I applied for a student visa from inside Canada. What are the next steps if my visa is accepted? What happens if it is rejected? Can I apply for another College whilst on a visitor visa? I also applied for a visitor visa at the same time, in case the student visa was rejected, is this an issue?

You are allowed to study anything at any kind of institute on a visitor visa for up to 6 months. So, apply to all the colleges you want and you can start your studies until you receive a study visa.

As for your visa, I'm not sure sorry. I would've thought you should've left the country once it expired and re-entered on a visitor visa.
