Hi, can I apply study permit while being on visit from another country? Would this depend on my home country, country m currently visiting or CA has rules on this?

You can but you may be refused for having weak ties to your home country. People applying from the UAE in particular are very commonly refused because they don't have any permanent status there.

You can apply. Many people are getting AIP from the middle east countries. But you have to show strong home ties
