Applying for Visitor Visa after AOR ( applicant in India and Sponsor in Canada - Unemployed)

Hi experts, I applied for my spouse's PR application in August 3rd 2023 when I was employed, I lost my job in August 30 and have been unemployed till now. My wife has received AOR, BIL, MIL, Sponsor approval is completed. her visitor visa application was rejected back in June 9th 2023. We both have strong bank balance and planning to book return flight in advance for her. What are her chances of approval for visitor visa this time?
I am being unemployed will affect her PR application or visitor visa application?
Her being employed for recent 3 months will help?

Employment doesn't affect spousal application but it may affect visitor visa, if you can't prove that you have the funds to cater for the visit.

Nobody can tell you her chances unless you have addressed the reason for the refusal. Have you ordered GCMS notes for the detailed reason of refusal? Buying a return ticket in advance will not help, IRCC actually advises you not to do that, it won't help.
