Applying for VISA to attend college from Nigeria,What are the chances

I just know if anyone or someone you know has been issued visa from CHC Lagos to attend Canadian colleges for PG Diploma
Below is my profile
B.Eng Elect/Elect C.G.P.A 4.02 on 5 point Scale
+2 year Broadband Connection working experience with Ericsson and Huawei
CCNP
NCSA-LTE
Travel history- Germany once, Italy 2 twice, never over stayed
applied for PG Diploma in Network Administration.

u stand a chance...why not go for Masters instead of PGD...who is ur sponsor and which uni or college are u looking at

thanks for your reply, I applied for masters but my transcripts arrived late @ uni alberta, so didnt get accepted, thats y i applied for PGD @ canada instiitute of management and technology: my sister and I are my sponsors....
