Hello All
Thank you in advance for reading my post
I'm 32 old female from Pakistan currently working as Purchasing manager in Dubai
I'm divorced, with 3 boys age 15,12 and 9 currently living with their father in Toronto, Canada as permanent resident.I applied for TRV in April 2014 from Abu Dhabhi VAC and my visa was rejected with reason given that I have strong family ties in Canada so I wouldn't leave Canada at the end of my visa.Currently I'm in New York, USA on my vacations, and I'm waiting for my Diamond grading course in GIA, its going to start from 27 Oct to 31 Oct 2014.As I am New York waiting for my course to start, in the meant time I like to visit my children and my cosine who is a Canadian citizen.
Few Points like to mention :

1- I am currently on B1B2 visa in USA.
2- I am Purchasing Manager in Jewellery shop in Dubai for last 2 and half years.
3- Annual salary Aed 240000/- + benefits . approx CAN$ 72000/- + benefits
4- I own 3 apartments in Dubai annual rent income approx CAN$24000/-
5- I have Approx CAN$ 88200/- in my personal checking account.
6- I can get Invitation letter from my cosine .
7- I can get invitation letter or no objection letter from my ex-husband too.
Please help me to get TRV of Canada so I can meet my kids in my vacations

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Noone can help you get a TRV - it is at the sole discretion of the visa officer. In your case, the officer may suspect that you're trying to visit Canada to stay back with your children. You may have to show ties back in your home country or country of residence like parents in order to really justify that you may return. Your financial status based on what you have posted seems fine, but your ties in terms of family back home is definitely weak.

My parents do live with me but 3 months at a time, then they go Karachi for 2 months and come back so on so forth as I can't apply super visa for them in UAE, they issue a visit visa only

1) explain in letter that you have parents, they live with you and you look after them. 2) Get letter from your employer stating that you are in USA for training and you will return at the end of training. 3) get notarized copies of your houses, land and bank statement. Clearly state in your cover letter your intended arrival date and departure date, purpose of visit. You will need invitation letter from both your husband and cousin stating your purpose of visit duration of stay.
