Applying for the 3nd time for student Visa Any CHANCES..... pls advise???

I go refused my study permit application 2times for Canadian Embassy.

1st time reasons "WOULD NOT COME BACK TO her COUNTRY, and SUFFICIENT FUNDS"

2nd time apply i have to provide strong bank balance and other financial documents and Letter of explanation after complete my studies i have come back to my country ect...

2nd time reasons "NOT SATISFIED WITH MY IELTS SCORE"

I have 6 band in Ielts, But i got admission without Ielts university of Ottawa MSc E-Business Technologies Master program, University does not requires Ielts, and after refused visa Uni sent me Letter " this student fulfilled in English language component, this latter attached to the offer of admission and reapply

I want to reapply 3nd time with attached two more new document
1. I win scholarship 12,000$ per year. letter
2. Uni ottawa letter English language component Successfully Fulfilled.

Plz advise any chance ?

first of all sorry for rejecting VISA twice

but i couldnt get why were you attached your ielts when its exempt in University and you got admission without ielts.. then why????

anyways (jo hua so hua)

now its seem that your chances of VISA is 100% inshAllah

Inshaallah u gonna get visa acceptance.
I heard that the bank statement is an important issue and the home tie also. However, others told me sometimes the nationality plays a role and where u r applying your visa as well.
