Applying for Temporary resident Visa from US on a H1B

I am applying for TRV(temporary resident visa) from US to visit my Brother and need to know the required documnets I need to send. I applied a month back and was rejected for the reason saying that I didn't porvide my current employee details....
When I went through the checklist I didnt find any request for the documents related to Current employee...Please let me know if I am missing something here.
Also,it will be very helpful if someone can share the list of required and Additional documents that need to be sent to the VISA desk for TRV

Hi PARASURI,
I got TRV January when I was on my H1B in US. I interviewed at the New york office, and I provided no more document than the checklist required. they require your h1b copy, which should contain your employer name. have you given that to them? I dont remember if I gave them the pay check of the previous month's. I would have done that only if it's on the list.
they issued me the visa in three days. which office are you using? ;)
