Hi , i would like to know if someone had the same situation like me.
I am currently on visitor's visa in Canada and about to finish my TOEFL courses, so i decided to take a full year in College, I know i need to get a Study Visa, but since i am a holder of Russian Passport i need to get out of Canada in order to apply for one.
The Question is, can I apply for USA Visa here in Canada to go to Buffalo and do medicals and apply for a Visa, since it's way cheaper (hence ticket prices to and from Russia) and way faster , or i am doomed to travel back home and do it from Russia?
