Applying for study permit while on work permit?

Hello,

I'm on Working Holiday work permit right now, and I got accepted to university in Canada. (it's going to start while my Working Holiday work permit is still valid). Can I change my status from Working Holiday to study permit? How should I do that? Or maybe I am fine holding both permits at the same time?

Should I apply through the standard study permit form or "Change Conditions, Extend my stay or remain in Canada as a student" form? I'd prefer not to have to leave Canada to apply for study permit.

I held a work permit and a study permit at the same time, for what it's worth.
