applying for study permit while on a workers visa/work permit in canada

Hi,

I currently have a valid TRV and work permit (valid till aug 2014) and I am currently working in toronto

However, now i have been admitted into a masters prog at u of T and i'd need to apply for my study permit.

my question is:
1) do i need to apply for another TRV - student visa?
2) Where do i send my application since i am in canada already?

You need to apply for a student TRV only if you want to travel and come back as a student and not a worker. If you can prove your employment every time you travel, you don't need to apply for another type of visa because primarily you are a worker. You can apply for visa online, the processing center for visas is in Ottawa, ON.
