Hi guys,

I'm about to apply for a study permit here in Lagos Nigeria. I've visited nigeria.gc.ca but there is no country specific information. I would like to know the typical process and documents to be included in the study permit application specific to Nigeria or is it standard across boarders?

I was offered admission to a masters program in finance but required to take pre-requisite courses. I have also been offered admission to these pre-requisite courses that start in August 2009.

Is it too early to apply now when the program starts in August 2009?

Thanks

Hi,

No its not too early to apply. In Nigeria you need to submit ur application 4 a study permit at least 3 mths b4 the school start date so the earlier the better. You may need to send enquiries to the deputy high commission coz i noticed the same thing and no requirements are not exactly the same. I am sure it was an ommission on their part when they were updating the website.
