I had created my express entry profile in January 2019. My CRS score is 435. However, seeing the current trend (score 460-465), it seems highly unlikely that the score will come down to 430s.
Hence, I want to apply for Student Visa, probably a Master's degree.
How can I apply for it through Dual Intent?

Will be very hard to get dual intent while applying for student permit and EE because to be approved for a student permit you have to show that you will return home after your studies. Nobody cal tell whether CRS scores will decrease. It is likely but by how much who knows. A masters degree if it makes sense based on your previous education and work experience is a good option. Your decision to return to do a masters must lead to career advancement and must make sense in general. For example if you have a family, single earner, well paying job, home, etc. it wouldn’t make sense to move to another country to do a very expensive PG diploma. It will be pretty obvious you are not a genuine student. CIC will be able to tell that you have made an EE profile which is a bit of a negative.
