Applying for student visa

I am thinking about applying for a student visa but I am affraid of rejection after 2 rejections for visitor visa.
Can somebody help me know details about the requirements?
And I want to know if scholarships are accepted ?

What was your score in last qualifications.
Including high school to graduation
Ielts score ?
Discuss then only some one can assist .
If u are bonafied student u wont be able to face any of issue

Is it a problem that I wasn't studying the last 1 year and a half ?

I dont think so upto 2 yr it's not a issue.
But having gap and going to studying English wont be a good idea .

I have a bachelor degree in engineering
The last one year and a half I was working as an assistant engineer
I decided to visit my friends in canada but unfortunately my TRV was rejected
Now I want to try the student visa so I can study here and improve my skills for my work in my country

You can get visa. But if you with ielts your profile will be taken in Positive way

The chances are very few as you already applied for TRV. now you need high bands in ielts.
