Applying for Student Visa from England to Canada.

Hello, Its Tariq Munir, from Pakistan. But, I'm currently in England on student VISA. I'm planning to move to Canada for Graduation in Accounting. I wanna know the procedure and further processes that should be done to achieve this task. I'm thinking for a Government institute in Toronto.
Any suggestions.?!!
