Hello, I was just wondering, as I am in Egypt with my husband, and mailing the forms, etc is soooo expensive here. Can we not apply online?

If so, please show me where I can do so.

That is horrible news. we are now in 2016 should we not be completely electronic... just like the payment LOL

That makes me even more crazy ... oh well, such is life... nothing comes for free right... and in this case the amount I'll pay just to mail the papers is one months rent for me.. ???

do you have any relatives/friends in Canada you trust completely? You can technically email them the application forms and documents for them to print out and the only thing you have to send them by mail/post are the pages that require your signatures (which might be cheaper?) and from there, they can mail your application package altogether to Mississauga.
