Hey everybody!
One thing just popped into my mind and got me really confused. My spouse is now gathering the required documents for her SP, and as I know she has to write some kind of a letter for an immigration officer that should convince them that she has no intention to stay in Canada after graduation. Thing is though, I'm currently in the EE pool and I've stated that my wife is to go with me (if I'm selected). Can that have any negative effect on the officials' decision about her SP? I mean do they check such info about SP applicants? Or should we just stick with EE instead? I'm in two minds... ???
Could anyone please help clarify our situation? I'd appreciate any info about this matter!
