Hi guys,

I am looking for some help as I have become really frustrated. I completed my landing in Canada on 05th April 2023 and had to return to the UK on 09th April for a few weeks for my daughter to complete her last exams here before we can move permanently. My wife and other children have remained in Canada.

I don't have my PR Card yet so thought best to apply for a PRTD. Completed IMM5444 answered all the questions in full and correctly.
I included all the documents I could such as,
My current passport
Every page of my passport that I have been using for the past 5 years.
A receipt to show I paid the correct fees
A travel log to show when I became PR and how long I have been out of the country which clearly shows I will meet my PRO.
My drivers License
The deeds for my house in Canada so they can see I have an address and will be returning there.
I completed the checklist and declaration, and submitted.

This application has been returned to me 3 times now as 'Wrong Application, Incomplete Application' and I am at a total loss. Everything is included. This is the only application I have managed to find so should be right. Playing ping pong with the application is getting us no where and there is no information provided to me to tell me what is wrong with it.

Anyone have any advice or suggestions. I contacted my VAC in London who no longer complete these applications so I am totally stuck. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

If you have a UK or other ETA-eligible passport, fly to USA and cross the land border. You can do this with just a copy of your COPR.

Thank you Armoured for your response. I did look at doing this but I have already purchased my tickets for June and to fly into the US, will cost a considerable amount of money by the time I have cancelled my booked flights, bought new ones, hotels and then car hire. I will have two children with me too. It is something I would consider doing if I have to.
