Hi,
I am currently full time employed as an Office Administrator and have worked 30hours per week, for one year, with pay of $14.50 per hour.
1. Am I qualified to apply for Permanent?
2. Do I need an LMIA since I am already employed?

1. You'll need to research Canada's immigration programs to determine if you qualify to apply. I would recommend you start by researching the Express Entry program. This is a points-based system and right now you need to have 440+ points to be selected out of the applicant pool.
2. It's not required but will give you more points.

Also, you may consider provincial nominee programs or the Atlantic immigration pilot program if you are in any of the four Atlantic provinces. It is a tad difficult to recommend options since you did not disclose your province.

Hi, thanks a lot for responding. I live in Ontario

I see. Research the Canadian Experience Class stream, Ontario nomination and express entry as was noted above.
