Applying for PR with spouse still expecting refugee claimant hearing

Hello. Can someone please assist me with clarification on the right steps to take for my situation.

I am a refugee claimant still awaiting hearing but my spouse's refugee claim has been accepted. We applied for refugee protection separately and got married here in Canada after we have both made our application.
Can my wife include me in her application for Permanent residence as a dependent spouse and how does this affect my pending refugee claim?

Yes she can hence both of you are married even before she was accepted.
