When I go to Quebec and stay there as a volunteer or just as a tourist for like 6 months or so, is it possible to apply for Provincial Nomination Program and then continue living in Quebec after I got the Confirmation of Permanent Residence?
How long does it usually take to be accepted and to get the Confirmation of Permanent Residence from the day when I apply? Is it usually more than 6 months?
... or theoretically, if I am staying in Quebec as a tourist and am accepted and get the Confirmation of Permanent Residence but have to get out of Canada and enter Canada again with the Confirmation of Permanent Residence and show it on the border, I could just go to US for like two weeks or so (as tourist), visit my friends in US and then come back to Canada with the Confirmation of Permanent Residence and start to live in Quebec as a permanent resident, right?
... or I have to go back to Europe to my home country to get the Confirmation of Permanent Residence because I have to come to the Canadian embassy in my home country to be given the Confirmation of Permanent Residence in person?
