Hi, I am applying for PR and working under work permit based under lmia issued for a numbered company operated as a restaurant. The restaurant name is the one on my work permit (not the numbered company that had the LMIA issued under).
The restaurant is closed off now but I still practice same NOC position working under the numbered company that I got the LMIA issued from. All pay stubs for Canadian experience are under the restaurant which is good but for my job offer I am kind of lost, should I state that on LOE or should I just use numbered company on job offers letterhead and still operated as restaurant name and then mention that I work for restaurant partners under that company? I am afraid they can check and refuse my application so I don't want to do anything wrong.
