I applied for PR in Canada with my Wife sponsoring me as a canadian back in July and havent heard anything since then. I dont even know if the application arrived. What do I do? I live in spain at the moment. Can I send a letter, make a phone call, find out anything about my application?

This is unfortunately pretty normal right now. All processing is quite delayed due to COVID-19. Your wife can call the IRCC call centre from within Canada to ask if they can confirm your application has been received.

Did your wife link your application with online portal ? If she did then you can check it online.
Additionally spouse file usually takes 1-1.5yr .. but because of Covid everything is messed up now .
