I don't understand the question. You're obviously not going to submit NOA and utility bills in someone else's name, right?

As for whether NOA and utility bills are docs - they're in the appendix as examples of things you can submit, right?

If so, the answer seems hit-me-in-the-forehead-wth-a-hammer obvious.

Thanks for the response slight correction yes off course these documents I have under my name and will submit the same .
My question was They require two documents
One I will submit NOA which is clearly mention and understood.

Second document the utility bill can be submitted as supporting document ?
