my work visa ends today. I have a PR application going through and i would like to stay with my family (who are candidan citizens) for a futher 3 months to waiting for my COPR (PR Papers).

I have added all the documents and paid with a credit card with was sucessfully approved.

My status is still in the "Continue my profile / application, not yet submitted" under

"Processing Payment"

What do i do? once the payment is approved will it auto move to submitted applications? Am i on impled status now until a decision is made. I am doing PR right now i dont want to break any rules.

What is strange is that it doesnt have an application number either. Its just blank!

If it's not yet submitted, then I'd say no, you don't have implied visitor status, which requires you to have submitted the application before your existing IEC permit runs out.

If you're anywhere near a border, you could do an emergency flagpoling tonight/tomorrow morning if it hasn't gone through (this would contain a risk of being refused entry, but with an application firmly lodged, you demonstrating you're not trying to stay illegally, especially if you take a family member to say they'll support you and you won't work, I'd say your chances are pretty good - certainly better than risking being out of status with an outland app).

It went throught, guess the payment took about 30 minutes or so.

I hear the chances of being approved if you have a PR going throught and your 7-8 months in are generally good. Fingers crosssed. I just want to stay with the family whilst everything goes through. I have about 4k and only requested 3 months extension as visitor. (I think it will be here by then)

Your chances are pretty good. In hindsight, you should have asked for much more than 3 months, but...

Good luck!

You should be absolutely fine getting visitor status like that - could have asked for longer, but you can ask for more later the same way if you need it. Enjoy the vacation :)

Fear not, it will be approved. I have just been approved for 12 months and it was very straight forward. Chances are u will get PR before you hear your outcome anyway since your background is already in process. Mine took 2 months
