Hello

I got accepted as Protected Person last Friday, I'm residing in Canada since 2018. I'm in the process of applying for the PR, but I think I got the payment wrong: I checked applying as a Protected Person, but there was no option for applying inside Canada, so I had chosen: coming alone, as if I'm not already here. There was no option for biometric fees after that. Did I mess it up? IRCC is not picking up the phone.

I think you messed up and that may delay your application. you should have chosen below. You will be charged for the biometric but if they were not supposed to as your biometric taken is valid for 10yrs, they will refund back
  • In Canada – Protected Person (for Convention Refugees or other protected persons applying for permanent residence from within Canada)

It should be, go down to Question 2 or when you fill IMM008. You CANT choose Out of Canada if you are applying from Inside. You should always ask for clarification before submission

You were only suppose to pay this

https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/orderSummary.do

550 fees you don’t need to pay biometrics and if you have no dependants then only 550 fees should have been paid under pr>then protected person

It's in the filling the requested forms, this is not in the fees payment option at all.

But the option In Canada – Protected Person (for Convention Refugees or other protected persons applying for permanent residence from within Canada) wasn't in the payment options, only: Protected Person - Does your family coming with you to Canada, I said no, only me.

I am in Protected Temporary Residents Class, because I reside in Canada since 2018 and I apply within Canada?
When you refugee case passed you become protected person which is also called convention refugee. Just pay the processing fees thats it
