I have recently graduated and would like to know if I am able to apply for a Post-Graduate Work Permit if I was temporarily outside Canada. If so, would I apply online (I currently have a leased apartment/mailbox in Canada) or send an application to Abu Dhabi (which is the embassy responsible for Canadian Visa/Permit applications where I will be going)?
And I would also like to know if I'm allowed to get back in Canada after graduating but before 90 days of graduating have passed (as in, do I have the legal right to enter Canada with a valid student visa but have already finished my degree). Wonder if airports check for that.
