You should try to graduate first. Study permit extension takes about a week or so. Mine was 2 days in July. If by December or whenever, you are able to graduate, you can apply for PGWP.
Just so simple.

Yeah that’s right. Study extension application takes about 45-50 business days now. Maybe you’re talking about the 90’s. lol

Did you get a letter from IRCC indicating that you can work or can not work while in implied status? I am asking this because if you apply with a valid study permit, you will get a letter to continue to work while your PGWP is being processed. Did you receive any form of letter like that?
